This is a sweet Bleach RP.

The Winter War ended with a bang as Sosuke Aizen and the Espada were destroyed for good, and the order of Hueco Mundo was disrupted immediately. Thanks to Ichigo Kurosaki, his friends, and the rogue Vaizards, they were able to retain the upper hand and claim dominion over Aizen and his plans to have his way with the Royal King of Soul Society. However, what they did not know was that the trouble was not over. Hiding in the shadows, waiting for the opportune time to strike back, was the Zero Division, who had nothing but revenge on their minds.
Now two and a half years since the Winter War, the Zero Division reformed once again to reclaim the power that had rightfully been theirs for nearly all history with the former Central 46. No warning was given, as the elders reappeared, using their ties with the Gotei 13 to usurp exactly what they needed for their operations and plans. By using 2nd Division Captain Soifon’s loyalty to the Shihouin clan, they easily took over the Omnitsukidou. Next, they challenged Kuchiki Byakuya’s loyalty to his clan and manipulated him in order to gather information on the Gotei 13’s workings and plans. Now armed with they required force needed to put their plans into action along with all the information they could ever hope for, Zero Division soon began putting their true plans into motion…
Each noble clan has a specific item that was bestowed upon them from the king himself, and these items were passed down throughout the generations from the members of Zero Division. The Kuchiki clan received a sword, the Shihouin clan received a parasol, the Shunsui clan received a Biwa, and the Retsu clan received a Pearl. The sword carried the legend of being able to pierce dimensions, forged with the power to break through any barrier (even the one which keeps the King's home protected). The pearl carried the legend of foresight, giving one to ability to perceive the future and depict possible courses of time. The parasol carried the legend of perception, granting its user the ability to delve into the thoughts of another. The biwa carried the legend of control, as whoever heard its melody would no longer be capable of independent thought. Using these items, the Zero Division planned to take their revenge on the Soul Society for ruling them out. However, these items were relics, mere antiques, as their power had faded long ago; they were used to construct the barrier which now protected the King. So, the members of Zero Division turned to a strategy originally used by Aizen Sosuke to try and obtain the King's Key...
In a single night, four locations were wiped out: A small island within the Ryuukyuu Archipelago thought to be devoid of human activity, the remnants of Aizen's Hueco Mundo palace, the southern quarter of districts within the Rukongai, and a city opposite of Karakura town on the other side of Tokyo. Their inhabitants were gone, without a trace. What exactly happened to these locations was a complete mystery, to be investigated by the Soul Society. However, the Soul Society fell deep into a hole of complete anarchy. The King suddenly declared martial law, under the guise of trying to find the ones responsible for wiping out these locations. He closed off the main gate between the Soul Society and the Human world; there were only two other remaining portals. One resided with Kukaku Shiba in her home in Rukongai, while the other was formed by Yoruichi Shihouin by the use of Kisuke Urahara’s technology. An influx of spirits plagued the human world, causing a massive build up of reiatsu. Humans were able to see spirits more than ever before, and what’s more, many were developing powers much like Chad and Orihime.
However, never before had Soul Society's inhabitants experienced such a thing, being killed on command for the slightest showing of resistance. Even the higher powers of Soul Society were worried...
If that weren't enough, the elder of the Shiba clan was arrested and tried as the one who rebelled against the killings of those within the Rukongai. He was executed soon afterwards, and thus the Rukongai had its rallying cry. However, they were clearly outclassed by the Gotei 13 and their partner powers, and were thus forced to compromise. Some suspected that the remaining 4 clans had something to do with this, and thus Kuchiki Byakuya was dispatched as a mediator to try and figure out what was going on. But he was captured, betrayed at the hands of those he believed to be kin.
The King soon declared that those without any noble ties were to have their powers limited, whether they served as a political or a military force within Soul Society. This meant that even Captains within Gotei 13 were no longer given enough authority. The Special Ops became the prime police force, and the Gotei was only there to show face and "enforce" the Human World. Soifon, leader of the Special Ops, eventually had enough and approached the clans herself, though she was quickly silenced, left without answers and stripped of her rank of Commander of the Special Ops (though she still retained her position as 2nd Division Captain). Something fishy was going on, especially since the Central 46 remained quiet about this entire ordeal, not even showing the slightest resistance...
Will the Soul Society fall at the hands of the Zero Division? What will come of those four locations that mysteriously were wiped out in the blink of an eye? Will peace be restored and will the gates of Soul Society be reopened? It’s up to you to investigate and find out.[/size]
